We understand that life can be complicated. You may not always have the time or ability to visit any of our locations. That is why we offer telehealth options.
Telehealth allows us to provide services remotely. You can benefit from our therapeutic skills without ever leaving your home. Whether it’s through the phone or a video service such as Zoom, you can still expect the same standard of care you could receive in person. Call 1-855-225-5692 to book your appointment.
People sometimes dismiss the idea of remote therapy because they think it may be more impersonal and less interactive. However, studies suggest that online therapy is just as effective in treating depression, anxiety disorders, panic disorders, and other mental conditions.
Whether you prefer to avoid public spaces, you have issues with mobility, or you just live too far from any of our locations, e-therapy is an excellent option for you. As long as you are located in Alberta, you are eligible for our e-therapy services.
Virtual physiotherapy allows you to connect with your physiotherapist in real-time via your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Through secure, face-to-face video calls, your physiotherapist can evaluate your needs and help strengthen certain parts of your body, much as they would with in-office physiotherapy.
Research indicates that virtual physiotherapy (or telephysiotherapy) offers comparable results to supervised therapy. During your appointment, we will discuss your concerns, outline strategies and activities to help manage your pain, formulate a home exercise routine, recommend necessary equipment, and more!
Virtual chiropractic care allows you to connect with your chiropractic specialist in real-time via your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Through secure, face-to-face video calls, your chiropractic specialist can evaluate your needs and provide techniques to help your body heal, much as they would with in-office chiropractic care.
Simply call 1-855-225-5692 to book your appointment. We will then send a link to your email address. When it’s time for your appointment, click on the link. You will be directed to the secure webpage where your appointment takes place. Please click the link a few minutes early to ensure you are on time for your appointment.

Our telehealth services are meant to be accessible to all who may need them, so you do not need a doctor’s referral to access these services.
I was referred by a friend to Jency Henry Physiotherapist at Macleod trail Optimum for my back pain. She is amazing, she knows what she is doing. She was explaining during the assessment and treatment session about what are my issues and what needs to be treated or taken care. I was very satisfied about her approach in treating my pain. I came to understand about my body better like my weakness and tightness. I feel very light as if most of my weight has been off from my back after my session.
Just have to thank Dr. Nina!!! The chiropractic care I receive is outstanding and with such precision and creativity! I have an autoimmune condition called Scleroderma which causes extreme mis-alignment and muscle/joint pain. After an adjustment I feel amazing and helps me to cope with the symtoms so I don’t have to take pharmaceuticals that often. Also, I notice my low blood pressure is back to normal since I have been seeing Dr. Nina. I am so relieved I can start up my adjustments again. I have referred my nieces, my sister, and my friend and they all are of the same opinion!! Dr. Nina is my Chiropractor for life!!!
I highly recommend Nicole, I had my first massage with her today and it was very relaxing and took a lot of the stress out of my body from the last few months. I felt very comfortable with Nicole, she is easy going, respectful and professional. It was just the perfect combination of touch and light conversation at the right time. I will most definitely be going back to Nicole in the future.
Made the mistake of going to another provider based on them open on Saturday, what a mistake. Minimal relieve and care. I returned to Dr. Jamie Mulholland in Airdrie and what a difference. Hips line up, pain on standing gone, not hunched over due to lower and upper back pain, headaches relieve in the first visit back to Dr. Jamie. Won’t venture away again.
Realiza of Sunridge location is highly recommended for her massage skills. She takes time to understand client’s concern and offers an effective approach to address them.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jackie Fairbourn for over 8 years and I highly recommend her as an amazingly gifted healing facilitator. She continues to impress me with her openness to adding gentle healing approaches to her extensive chiropractic skill set. Lately I have particularly enjoyed the tension-relieving benefits resulting from receiving Body Code, Emotional Code and now, Network Care. I appreciate her calm, informed and intuitive healing support.
