On Your first visit to Optimum Wellness Centres, you will meet our friendly clinic assistants who will check and ensure all your required information is on file. We will then have a no-obligation conversation about why you are seeking treatment and what you want to get out of it. - Please check your Insurance coverage to see if you require a medical referral at the time of claim submission.
- Arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment to fill out some paperwork
- In case of a Motor Vehicle Accident, bring along your insurance adjuster's contact information, and claim number.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your problem areas.
Yes, we offer direct billing to most major insurance companies. You should contact your insurance company to confirm the services covered by your policy, including types of treatment and if there are any applicable restrictions. The difference between the cost of the services provided and the payment from the insurance company would be your responsibility. We do provide you with an itemized invoice if you wish to submit your claim on your own to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Yes! We do treat patients who have claims through WCB and through motor vehicle insurance. Bring your claim number, insurance adjuster contact information, and all other relevant information to your initial appointment. We can direct bill your workplace or motor vehicle insurance for your treatment.
We accept Debit and Credit cards.
Yes, you can receive treatment at any clinic of your choosing.
We work with a lot of medical doctors and do welcome referrals. However, it’s not necessary to have a doctor’s referral to access our services. Your extended health care coverage may require a doctor’s referral while submitting receipts for reimbursement and we recommend you check with them.
Yes, we do provide Telehealth services, mainly for Physiotherapists and Psychologists.
Out of respect for our other patients who also need appointment times, cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 Hours’ notice. If you are unable to provide the required notice or you no-show for your scheduled appointment, the following fees will be charged:
Chiropractor - 50% of the Appointment Fees
Physiotherapy - $40
All Other Services - Full Price
We have 18+ locations with over 150 practitioners and can accommodate most patient bookings either on the same day or a maximum of 48 hours.
An appointment with one of our clinics could be booked by calling an individual clinic or calling the support team at the number shown below. You could even book an appointment online. Yes, all our clinics are wheelchair and scooter accessible. You should inform our Clinic Assistants while booking an appointment regarding wheelchair access.
