Dr. Grace earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree summa cum laude from the University of Western States, along with a Bachelor’s in Human Biology and Human Kinetics. She has hands-on experience treating patients through internships at Hawthorne Chiropractic & Healing Arts and Pure Life Clinic, where she developed expertise in spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and exercise rehabilitation.

In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Grace holds certifications in:

• Webster Technique (perinatal care)
• Motion Palpation for full spine and pregnancy/pediatric patients
• Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization

Dr. Grace is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals, whether recovering from injury, managing pain, or improving overall wellness.

Bio:
Romina is an experienced physiotherapist who advocates a positive environment in treating patients focused on their recovery. She has 20 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy. She is certified in Biomedical Dry Needling (BDN), Completed the program TMJ management and able to order diagnostic imaging (x-ray,ultrasound, MRI) for patients as needed. Romina is also a pelvic floor physiotherapist who assesses and treats pelvic health conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and/or fecal incontinence, urinary urgency, pelvic girdle pain, and postpartum care.

Over the years, she has worked with a wide variety of populations including but not limited to patients recovering from surgery (knee/hip replacement, ACL reconstruction, hand surgery etc), motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, neurological disorders (stroke, brain injury), musculoskeletal and orthopedic disorders (post-fracture, TMJ, neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, ankle and foot injuries/problems).

Romina believes that continuing education would further enhance her knowledge and skills as a physiotherapist aiming to provide the highest quality of care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time traveling with her family and friends.

Bio:
John received a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy in the Philippines in 1999. He moved to Canada in 2006 and became licensed to practice physiotherapy in the spring of 2010.

John enjoys treating sports and orthopedic problems from the neck to the ankles. He also provides a return-to-work rehabilitation and treats motor vehicle-related injuries.

John plans to continue his education and be mentored through the post-professional Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy programs as well as others in IMS and dry needling.

Outside his career, John enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and reading.

Bio:

Dr.Mandy grew up in Shanghai China and she earned her B.Comm degree from Concordia University. Due to some health issues, she received Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal and acupuncture treatments, and she was amazed by the results.

As she explored more into the TCM world, she became fascinated by the connection between the universe and Traditional Chinese medicine theory and decided to changeher career. She completed a double major in CITCM (Canadian Institute of Traditional Medicine) and received extensive training in acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She has helped patients with all types of pain syndromes, sleep disorders,digestive issues, menstrual disorders, mental health,  gynecological and dermatologic issues.

Her treatment modalities include acupuncture, fire cupping, blood letting, Gua Sha, Moxibustion. She uses Master Tung’s acupuncture as well as Tang’s three–dimensional acupuncture which gives amazing results.

Apart from this, Dr. Mandyhas great knowledge in prescribing TCM herbs according to patients’ individual body constitution. Dr. Mandy is passionate about helping patients, and she takes the time to listen to their health concerns, sets realistic goals and makes a plan that patient would be able to commit. Being able to improve patients’ health and life quality really makes her feel fulfilled and happy

Bio:Elise graduated from the Mount Royal Massage Therapy program in August 2005. During her time in school, Elise learned the latest techniques in massage therapy. She had plenty of hands-on experience in treating injuries such as carpal tunnel, whiplash, tennis elbow, and much other stress and sport-related injuries.

She enjoys working 1-on-1 with her clients and is dedicated to helping them achieve a pain-free lifestyle and an appreciation for the benefits of massage.

Her other passion in life is fastball. She played 3 years in competitive ball; during which time her team came away with gold at the 2000 Alberta Summer Games. She still enjoys playing fastball and one day plans on coaching. She also enjoys other activities, such as biking, rollerblading, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Hi, I’m Catherine B. Adriano, a newly licensed Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping others heal through therapeutic touch. I bring fresh knowledge, enthusiasm, and a client-centered approach to every session.

I graduated from the Professional Institute of Management and Technology inApril 2025, where I gained extensive hands-on experience treating conditions such as muscle tension, stress, and postural imbalances. I am a proud member of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapist’s Association.

My training includes Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and myofascial release. I am certified in relaxation massage and committed to expanding my skills through ongoing education.

I focus on relaxation, general wellness, and tension relief—using gentle yet effective techniques to help clients feel balanced and at ease. Each treatment is tailored to meet individual needs, with comfort, safety, and therapeutic goals as top priorities.

Stanley has been treating patients in the medical profession for 35 years and started in the custom foot orthotic field 20 years ago. His passion for pedorthics drives his ability to find helpful solutions and to share educational information with his patients. He strives to provide the best possible experience in foot care. His patients regularly comment on his thoroughness and attention to detail in his assessments which include an analysis of posture, biomechanical gait movement patterns and lower extremity musculoskeletal function. Video gait analysis provides the ability to visually show the patient exactly when and where their imbalances occur. He encourages his patients to participate in their own recovery by taking the time to educate them about their medical condition, footwear selection, orthotics, compression stockings and home rehabilitation program.

After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education from Brock University, Stanley graduated with a Diploma in Sports Injury Management (Athletic Therapy) from Sheridan College in 1991. He subsequently became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 1992. Stanley worked as the head Athletic Therapist at McMaster University as well as the Canadian national women’s fastpitch softball team for a period of 10 years. He had the honour of attending the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia as their core medical team practitioner.

In furthering his passion for learning, teaching and treating patients, Stanley became a Canadian Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder Instructor in 2000, a Certified Pedorthic Technician in 2002 and a Certified Pedorthist in 2003. He shared his knowledge and experience by providing instruction to various sports medicine practitioners at the university, college and continuing education levels. Stanley has been a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association since 1990, a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner since 2000, a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada and the Pedorthic Association of Canada since 2002.

Stanley recharges his energy by engaging in outdoor pursuits and currently participates in white water kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, along with weight and cardio training. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle in the mountains during the warmer months of the year.
