Dr. Chelsey is a Calgary native who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer College West. She is trained and certified in myofascial release technique, Graston, usage of kinesiology tape, and will be licenced in medical acupuncture in 2020. She has been in practice for over 4 years and specializes in sports related injuries and pathologies. 

Dr. Chelsey is passionate about getting people back to a pain free state and back to doing what they love. She is highly effective in quickly diagnosing and treating a broad range of commonly seen musculoskeletal disorders and pathologies. In her spare time, Dr. Chelsey is a highly active individual and enjoys soccer, running, yoga, spin, and hiking. She believes that the key to a healthy long life lies in the ability to continue to move well and pain free throughout your life. She can customize and create a treatment plan that is as unique as the individual it serves.

Nate completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2003 and obtained his Master of Physiotherapy degree in 2008 in India. During his 10+ years of experience, he had the privilege of treating patients of all ages and backgrounds in various multidisciplinary settings. Nate has experience working with a wide variety of Musculoskeletal and Neurological injuries.

His assessments focus on targeting the root cause of injury in order to rehabilitate and prevent future injuries. His major strength is detailed clinical assessment and diagnosing the condition, hands on skills in joint mobilizations and prescribing specific exercises based on impairment. When not at work, Nate can be found Fishing.

Romina is an experienced Physiotherapist who advocates a positive environment in treating patients focused on their recovery. She has more than 16 years of experience in Physiotherapy field and has worked for 13 years in a government hospital in Marshall Islands (associated states of USA) before moving to Canada in 2016. She has worked in a wide variety of populations which includes but not limited to patients recovering from surgery, motor vehicular accidents, work related injuries, neurological (stroke, brain injury) musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions (post-fracture, back, shoulder, knee, ankle, and foot injuries/issues). 

Romina believes that continuous education would further enhance her knowledge and skills as a Physiotherapist aiming to provide the best quality of care.  During her free time, she loves to spend time travelling with family.

Elise graduated from the Mount Royal Massage Therapy program in August 2005.

During her time in school, Elise learned the latest techniques in massage therapy. She had plenty of hands-on experience in treating injuries such as carpal tunnel, whiplash, tennis elbow, and many other stress and sport-related injuries.

She enjoys working 1-on-1 with her clients and is dedicated to helping them achieve a pain-free lifestyle and an appreciation for the benefits of massage.

Her other passion in life is fastball. She played 3 years in competitive ball, in which time her team came away with gold at the 2000 Alberta Summer Games. She still enjoys playing fastball and one day plans on coaching.

She also enjoys other activities, such as biking, rollerblading, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sarah Thibaudeau is a 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapist with experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point techniques, Swedish massage, and stretching techniques. She has experience working with office workers and weekend warriors that need treatments to help them through any issues, whether postural, stress or past injuries. She is also fluent in both French and English.

Sarah’s goals as a client are to educate you on why this pain or injury happened and how we can achieve this together. By setting short term and long term goals and keeping track of the improvements, she believes your issues can be resolved.

Stanley has been treating patients in the medical profession for 30 years and started in the custom foot orthotic field 20 years ago. His passion for pedorthics drives his ability to find helpful solutions and to share educational information with his patients. He strives to provide the best possible experience in foot care. His patients regularly comment on his thoroughness and attention to detail in his assessments which include an analysis of posture, biomechanical gait movement patterns and lower extremity musculoskeletal function. Video gait analysis provides the ability to visually show patient exactly when and where their imbalances occur. He encourages his patients to participate in their own recovery by taking the time to educate them about their medical condition, footwear selection, orthotics and home rehabilitation programs.

Stanley graduated with a Diploma in Sports Injury Management (Athletic Therapy) from Sheridan College in 1991 after completing a Bachelor of Physical Education from Brock University. He subsequently became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 1992, a Canadian Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder Instructor in 2000, a Certified Pedorthic Technician in 2002 and a Certified Pedorthist in 2003. Stanley has been a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association since 1990, a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner since 2000 and a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada / Pedorthic Association of Canada since 2002.

Stanley recharges his energy by engaging in outdoor pursuits, especially on a sunny, warm Alberta day. To keep active, Stanley currently participates in camping, white water river kayaking, alpine skiing, mountain biking, jogging, martial arts as well as weight and cardio training. Stanley also enjoys riding his motorcycle in the mountains during the warmer months of the year.

Jessica is a Registered Acupuncturist in Alberta. She graduated with a Doctorate in Traditional Chinese medicine in 2012.
She is a Red Seal Chef and was studying nutrition and menu planning. She completed a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist Certificate in 2003 and discovered herbology and TCM.
After finishing her degree in TCM, she began her practice and completed her Facial Cupping Certification. Most recently, she has completed certifications in ASIST suicide prevention certification and mental heath first aid. She continues to study neuro linguistic programming and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Jessica prefers to use all aspects of her scope including Tui Na, acupressure, acutonics, electrical stimulation, gua sha, herbology, nutrition and cupping. Treatment always begins with diagnosis based in TCM theory and it is individual to the patient and their needs specifically. . She is passionate about creating a judgement free environment for patients. Her focus is on the individual treatment of a person and creating a treatment plan that addresses the root cause and the chief complaint. Jessica has had the privilege of treating a variety of conditions including palliative, gynecological, prenatal, injury, trauma, autoimmune, pain, mental health ect. She continues to treat all disorders and conditions within her scope. Her practice integrates mind, body and nutrition. She encourages people to understand TCM can treat many conditions and is a relaxing and gentle experience.

In her off time, Jessica enjoys studying. She has interests in all aspects of anatomy and physiology. Jessica enjoys physical activities, such as gardening, frisbee, hockey, roller derby, swimming, weight training and loves to be outdoors.
