Dr. Mendes and his wife Kelly have 3 beautiful and very active daughters that all enjoy their family time together.

Dr. Ed Palichuk has been practicing in Calgary, Alberta, since 1992. His post-secondary education began at the University of Alberta, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in genetics with distinction. He then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

He has chaired an occupational health and safety committee, served with the Alberta Practice Review Board, assisted with the Provincial Chiropractic Examination Committee, and sat on the Board of Directors for Child Find Alberta.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and has two beautiful children. He keeps active both playing and coaching hockey and working out and enjoying the outdoors through biking, skiing, and hiking.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, I have been practicing since graduating from a 3,000 hours program at Makami College in 2017.

As an RMT, I have always been interested in how the body works and how to help others with traditional healing practices.  After working a few years as a massage therapist, I found that I really enjoyed helping people relax and feel better.  I believe that massage therapy is a great way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and manage the pain.  I am passionate about helping people feel their best and reach their wellness goals.

Currently, I’m self-employed and enjoy working with a variety of clients. Skilled in the use of orthopedic assessment and various massage therapy treatments and techniques.  Experienced in providing Swedish, therapeutic, deep muscle and sport massage, joint mobilization, relaxation massage, trigger points, suction cupping, myofascial therapy, Advance Neuromuscular techniques, pregnancy and pre/post natal massage, manual lymph drainage, youth and senior massage.  Ability to determine the best and most appropriate treatment needed for each client while encouraging them to listen to their bodies.

In addition to practicing massage therapy, I also enjoy crocheting, knitting, sewing, in my free time, I also like to go out with my family to hunting, fishing, hiking and camping on the free campground in summer and winter as well, special on New year camping in the middle of the lake enjoying ice fishing, fireworks at 12am and waiting to the sun come out to say good morning New Year.

Winona is a Registered Massage Therapist who brings a thoughtful, client-centred approach to her treatments. She has experience working with children, and offers prenatal and postnatal massage, ensuring care that is safe, supportive, and tailored to each stage of life. Winona also provides cupping therapy, deep tissue massage, and relaxation-focused treatments, adapting pressure and techniques to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.

Whether you’re seeking relief from muscle tension, support during pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or a calm and comfortable experience for your child, Winona is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and helping clients feel their best.

Ashley graduated from CDI College in 2014 and began practicing massage therapy right away. She has a passion for learning and is always eager to expand her knowledge with new courses. She loves to help others and finds massage therapy to be extremely fulfilling in that regard.

Ashley was born and raised in Calgary and is still discovering new and exciting places to visit in the city on her days off. Her favourite video game series is The Legend of Zelda. She enjoys reading online, watching speedruns on YouTube and going out to dinner or movies with her family.

Krista is a highly experienced Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of clinical practice. She offers a wide range of treatments including deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, and prenatal care.

Krista is also a licensed reflexologist, allowing her to provide a well-rounded and integrative approach to treatment.

Known for her compassionate and dedicated nature, Krista is deeply committed to helping her clients feel their best – whether that means reducing pain, relieving stress, or supporting overall wellness. She takes the time to listen to each client’s needs and tailors every session to ensure safe, effective, and meaningful care.

Stanley has been treating patients in the medical profession for 35 years and started in the custom foot orthotic field 20 years ago. His passion for pedorthics drives his ability to find helpful solutions and to share educational information with his patients. He strives to provide the best possible experience in foot care. His patients regularly comment on his thoroughness and attention to detail in his assessments which include an analysis of posture, biomechanical gait movement patterns and lower extremity musculoskeletal function. Video gait analysis provides the ability to visually show the patient exactly when and where their imbalances occur. He encourages his patients to participate in their own recovery by taking the time to educate them about their medical condition, footwear selection, orthotics, compression stockings and home rehabilitation program.

After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education from Brock University, Stanley graduated with a Diploma in Sports Injury Management (Athletic Therapy) from Sheridan College in 1991. He subsequently became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 1992. Stanley worked as the head Athletic Therapist at McMaster University as well as the Canadian national women’s fastpitch softball team for a period of 10 years. He had the honour of attending the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia as their core medical team practitioner.

In furthering his passion for learning, teaching and treating patients, Stanley became a Canadian Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder Instructor in 2000, a Certified Pedorthic Technician in 2002 and a Certified Pedorthist in 2003. He shared his knowledge and experience by providing instruction to various sports medicine practitioners at the university, college and continuing education levels. Stanley has been a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association since 1990, a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner since 2000, a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada and the Pedorthic Association of Canada since 2002.

Stanley recharges his energy by engaging in outdoor pursuits and currently participates in white water kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, along with weight and cardio training. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle in the mountains during the warmer months of the year.
