Dr. Mendes and his wife Kelly have 3 beautiful and very active daughters that all enjoy their family time together.

He has worked for 4 years as a physician’s assistant at the Integrative Clinic and has extensive experience with natural treatment modalities and a wide range of health concerns. During his one-year internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic in the CCNM, he had an opportunity to work under Dr. Jonathan Prousky’s supervision focusing on mental health disorders.

Before becoming a naturopathic doctor, he practiced as a medical doctor in Iran for more than 13 years in the field of mental health disorders. After immigrating to Canada, Dr. Behrouz decided to use his knowledge and experience in naturopathic medicine as a naturopathic doctor.

Nicole loves to provide a treatment plan using Swedish Massage, Trigger Point release and Therapist-assisted stretching for a more relaxing and therapeutic approach. She is also trained in Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release (both Manual and Dynamic Cupping), Deep Tissue Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Hot Stone and Pre/postnatal Massage. As a mother to a little boy, Nicole feels comfortable working with clients of all ages and will adjust treatments to fit the needs and wants of each individual. So, whether you need to come in for relaxation, pain relief, trouble sleeping, headaches, past or current injuries, or anything else life may bring you, Nicole’s main focus is to help you become the best version of yourself. She will also provide advice after the massage to help you continue a healthy, pain-free lifestyle at home. 

When Nicole has time off you’ll find her spending quality time with her family. She also loves to be outdoors exploring in and around her city, good food and Netflix.

Colin has a Massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University and a BSc. of Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge. His background in sports performance training led him to the field of rehabilitation. Newton’s first law states that a body in motion stays in motion. This analogy applies perfectly to the human body. His primary goal is to help people maintain autonomy in their life and live without pain and limitations. While mechanical function of the body is his primary focus, he also recognises that the mind-body connection has a major influence on individuals’ comfort. He’s passionate about the care and treatment of all members of the public.
