Dr. Woo has been a fitness instructor since 1991, but she still could not tell you which is more exhausting, a great workout, or chasing after her 3 kids.

Dr. Danny’s journey began when he took a trip back to China, where he discovered a very effective and natural way to help people heal themselves.  After 2 years of study in the TCM program at the Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University, he returned to Edmonton where he completed 3 years of advanced study at Reeves College Acupuncture Program.   

Dr. Danny enjoys working with patients to reach their personal goals in health whether it is decreasing pain and stress or increasing function and well-being. If you have any questions or you think you are interested in pursuing the benefits of Acupuncture, feel free to talk to Dr. Danny when he is in the clinic as he would love to meet you.

In her free time, Betty enjoys cooking and entertaining. She loves spending time with her friends and family, whether it is going for walks, playing games, or chatting over a meal or a good cup of tea.

Mohamed graduated from Makami College as a massage therapist in 2017. He has been a member of the CRMTA since then. Mohamed also has a background in physical education teaching and soccer training.

Mohamed specializes in sports massage, deep tissue using trigger point and active release, relaxation massage, rehab for lower back injuries, pregnancy, and orthopedic massage. He offers a customized treatment plan and can give stretches and strengthening exercises when needed. He believes that there are many roads to recovery and maintenance and loves to work with other healthcare professionals to provide his clients with an exceptional healthcare journey.

When Mohamed can’t be found in the clinic, he is likely to be enjoying new adventures with his daughter and playing his favourite sport, soccer.

As a former national-level artistic (synchronized) swimmer, I appreciate the value of massage therapy in athletics as well as in daily life. I am currently continuing my education at Mount Royal University. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going camping, and doing other outdoor activities. 
I am thrilled to join the clinic that has supported my well-being for many years! 

Graduate of MH Vicars 2200 hour RMT program, with a focus on giving us the tools for assessment, treatment and homecare to elevate our ability to impact a client with consistent and lasting results.  
As an individual active in demanding sports such as Muay Thai, bouldering and hiking, I am no stranger to the maintenance and awareness required to keep our bodies in tip top shape. My goal is to help alleviate any symptoms my clients may be experiencing while giving them the knowledge to maintain their bodies moving forward.  
Being in high impact sports I understand what it’s like to be injured but still desiring to continue with activity, and it is my commitment to give my clients the tools to find that compromise allowing the continuation of activity.  
From assessment tools such as range of motion, palpation and orthopedic assessment, to the different modalities that target the various soft tissues of the body, to the knowledge you can take home such as specialized stretches, strengthening exercises or hydrotherapy of the affected areas, I will be there every step of the way to help you along the entire length of your healing journey.

Specialized in techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone massage, and posturalassessments, Yohanna tailors each session to meet the individual needs of her clients, providingprofessional and empathetic service. Her goal is to relieve discomfortand provide a transformativeexperience that promotes balance and overall health.

Recognized for her ability to connect with clients and work as part of a team, she creates a relaxingand professional environment. Outside of her role as a therapist, Yohanna enjoys sports activitieslike cycling and weightlifting, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and continually expanding herknowledge in massage therapy and holistic health

Stanley has been treating patients in the medical profession for 35 years and started in the custom foot orthotic field 20 years ago. His passion for pedorthics drives his ability to find helpful solutions and to share educational information with his patients. He strives to provide the best possible experience in foot care. His patients regularly comment on his thoroughness and attention to detail in his assessments which include an analysis of posture, biomechanical gait movement patterns and lower extremity musculoskeletal function. Video gait analysis provides the ability to visually show the patient exactly when and where their imbalances occur. He encourages his patients to participate in their own recovery by taking the time to educate them about their medical condition, footwear selection, orthotics, compression stockings and home rehabilitation program.

After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education from Brock University, Stanley graduated with a Diploma in Sports Injury Management (Athletic Therapy) from Sheridan College in 1991. He subsequently became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 1992. Stanley worked as the head Athletic Therapist at McMaster University as well as the Canadian national women’s fastpitch softball team for a period of 10 years. He had the honour of attending the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia as their core medical team practitioner.

In furthering his passion for learning, teaching and treating patients, Stanley became a Canadian Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder Instructor in 2000, a Certified Pedorthic Technician in 2002 and a Certified Pedorthist in 2003. He shared his knowledge and experience by providing instruction to various sports medicine practitioners at the university, college and continuing education levels. Stanley has been a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association since 1990, a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner since 2000, a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada and the Pedorthic Association of Canada since 2002.

Stanley recharges his energy by engaging in outdoor pursuits and currently participates in white water kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, along with weight and cardio training. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle in the mountains during the warmer months of the year.
