Dr. Sean is trained in various techniques, including Activator, Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, and Toggle. In his spare time, Dr. Sean enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters. Dr. Sean believes that a proactive approach to health is far better than a reactive and looks forward to being able to meet patients on their journey for health and help them reach their wellness goals.

Following university, he spent a stint of time working as a strength coach for the SAIT Trojans and various other athletic groups across Calgary. His time with athletic groups provided another lens through which he observed human movement at higher levels of the sport. This point in his career inspired him to want to get more involved from a healthcare perspective to help optimize people’s health through movement.

He then moved to San Jose, California, to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West to obtain his Doctor in Chiropractic. During his time in California, he became an active member of the prominent sports council, where he provided care for athletes, army veterans, students, and the general public at various events around the Bay Area.

Dr. Saini specializes in techniques such as Diversified, Activator, Thompson, Cox Flexion-Distraction, and various other rehab and soft tissue modalities. Dr. Saini’s passion is to provide patient-centered, goal-based care to allow his patients to achieve a greater state of health.

During her time in the clinic, Dr. Nav practiced and utilized techniques such as diversified manual adjustments, activators, and soft tissue therapies, amongst many other modalities to treat a variety of conditions. She believes in providing personalized care for each patient with emphasis on patient education; she encourages her patients to take active roles in their care. 

In her free time, Dr. Nav enjoys being outdoors, travelling, and spending quality time with her family and friends. 

Mahdi has a general naturopathic practice with a special interest in heart, hormones, and health and supports patients with chronic diseases. He utilizes naturopathic treatments such as Nutrition, IV therapy for Immune Boosting, Anti-aging and Weight loss formula, IM Vitamins Injections, Botanical Medicine, Acupuncture and Cupping, Food Sensitivity Test, and Lifestyle counseling among others to support the treatment of a variety of conditions such as pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, gut issues, weight management, and others.

He applies evidence-based practice in all patient care areas with a solid research background. Sajad is specialized in exercise, training, and systematic conditioning for geriatric populations. He is currently working on updating and certifying himself with advanced courses on Dry needling, Concussion and Vestibular Management, and Advanced Spinal Manipulation in Canada. Sajad is also fluent in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi languages for patients who feel more comfortable speaking those languages.
Sajad enjoys playing badminton, swimming, and reading in his leisure time.

Dinika is experienced in musculoskeletal, neuro, pediatrics, women’s health, pelvic health, antenatal, postnatal, dry needling, TMJ, and vestibular rehabilitation. She provides individualized treatment programs involving education, manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercise program. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family, and nature and enjoys traveling.

John has had experience as a massage therapist in a public clinic, at health and wellness fundraisers, and at various resorts and spas. By taking the time to listen with ears, eyes, and hands, John creates custom treatments for his clients. He uses both his client’s goals and an intuitive approach to implement safe and effective treatments.

A firm believer in the body’s natural healing ability, she teaches her patients simple ways to increase resistance to fatigue/exhaustion. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, cooking, and learning new things from psychology to investing.

Ryan is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CRMTA (Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association) which requires him to continually upgrade his education, training, and up-to-date in first aid.

It is Ryan’s passion to help his clients not only discover the source of their pain and limitations in their range of motion but to come up with a plan to correct the issues and provide improvements. Ryan is in constant pursuit of knowledge and you’re likely to find him watching documentaries or reading/researching a broad range of topics.

I also have a background as a MOA as well as being a certified Yoga teacher and Barre instructor. I think it was only a matter of time before I became a massage therapist, as I was massaging my friends at the age of 10 the help them relax. 

 My free time is spent with my kids and pets enjoying the outdoors, watching anime or even just reading a good book. I also enjoy music and learning new things constantly.

Jennifer has a range of massage skills, including deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, and relaxation techniques.

During her free time, she takes pleasure in engaging with nature by participating in different activities like cycling, trekking, and spending quality time with her loved ones and furry companions.

One of my most significant accomplishments was completing my studies and graduating as a top-performing student despite being involved in a severe car crash with a transport truck that nearly claimed my life. Thanks to the knowledge and skills learned in massage therapy, I have successfully integrated its teachings into my recovery process, which has yielded remarkable results.

Jennifer’s mantra states that movement is fundamental to sustaining a healthy lifestyle, and she encourages us all to move together.

Janoah is currently an RMT in training, enrolled in the esteemed Diploma program at Makami College, where she is diligently working towards completing her 3000 hrs for certification. With a strong foundation in massage, she has a keen interest in specialized techniques such as lymphatic drainage and trigger point release . Janoah is passionate about helping her clients achieve pain relief, recover from injuries and improve their overall range of motion. She believes in a holistic approach to health, working collaboratively with her clients and fellow team members to treat both the body and mind. 

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring her creativity through drawing and cooking. She has a deep appreciation for Japanese culture and loves to stay active with interests in football, camping, hiking and overall health and wellness. She looks forward to bringing her knowledge and enthusiasm to every session, helping her clients feel their best.
