When not in the Clinic, Dr. Permeet loves spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys movie nights and long drives. During Summer time, She enjoys camping, road trips, and travelling. 

My name is Lynita Haaranen and I have been practicing Chiropractic since 1994 when I graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto Ontario.  

I’m often told that I am a gentle chiropractor and use various techniques to help people that don’t necessarily involve manual adjustments.

My motto is “motion is lotion” and getting people mobile and active is my priority. We will also examine your daily activities/habits to determine where changes can be made to expedite healing and then to minimize recurrences (i.e. sleeping and sitting postures) and encourage an active lifestyle to improve and maintain overall health.  

When not in the clinic, you will find me on a hockey rink, next to a rugby pitch or volleyball court as I have encouraged my three children to maintain active lifestyles as well.

Being from Ontario, I am also a water lover and strive to spend as much time near water as possible here in landlocked Alberta, Glennifer Lake is one of my favourite places.

Anshika holds a master’s degree in Physiotherapy from India with 15 years of experience in acute, sub acute and outpatient facilities. She has worked in India and Dubai and now practicing in Calgary for the last 4 years.

She is passionate about health and believes in treating patients holistically and improving their quality of life. She is experienced in ortho and musculoskeletal conditions and her approach includes hands on, manual therapy and a combination of exercises.

Her clinical interests are, chronic pain, overuse injuries, MVA, back and neck injuries, MSK injuries, TMJ and women’s health.

Throughout her career, Dr. Pooja has achieved remarkable results in the diverse areas of her specialization. Her commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated of the latest developments in TCM ensures that her patients receive the highest standard of care. She has strong interest in treating Acute and chronic pain, various lifestyle disorders like Digestion, Sleep, Women’s health Mental health issues and more.

Raiden has been a certified personal trainer for over 4 years, which allows him to tackle any issues with weakness or instability of joints/muscles. Setting up short/long term goals to help educate and motivate patients to a higher quality of life is an important aspect to treatment for Raiden. The importance of making sure every treatment is tailored to the needs of the individual is vital in any successful treatment.

He spends most of his free time being active, with frequent visits to the gym or walks to get from place to place.

Alison collaborates with individuals to establish objectives, identify the underlying factors contributing to their discomfort, devise strategies to alleviate these issues and equip them with self-help resources to manage their condition at home. She has expertise in addressing various concerns, including Motor Vehicle Accidents/Whiplash Associated Disorders, headaches, muscle tension, nerve compression syndromes, recovery from disc herniation, correction of postural imbalances, and promoting relaxation.

Alison, in addition to her profession as a massage therapist, harbors a deep passion for the botanical and animal realms. She finds solace in cultivating plants and communing with nature alongside her beloved canine companions. Additionally, she derives great pleasure from the culinary arts, outdoor activities such as camping and hiking, and the exhilaration of snowboarding.

Before becoming an RMT, I worked as a chef, so I understand how hard work and daily stress can affect your body. I listen carefully to each client’s needs and tailor every session to what feels just right for you. My goal is to create a calm and caring space where you can truly unwind and leave feeling better.

Stanley has been treating patients in the medical profession for 35 years and started in the custom foot orthotic field 20 years ago. His passion for pedorthics drives his ability to find helpful solutions and to share educational information with his patients. He strives to provide the best possible experience in foot care. His patients regularly comment on his thoroughness and attention to detail in his assessments which include an analysis of posture, biomechanical gait movement patterns and lower extremity musculoskeletal function. Video gait analysis provides the ability to visually show the patient exactly when and where their imbalances occur. He encourages his patients to participate in their own recovery by taking the time to educate them about their medical condition, footwear selection, orthotics, compression stockings and home rehabilitation program.

After completing a Bachelor of Physical Education from Brock University, Stanley graduated with a Diploma in Sports Injury Management (Athletic Therapy) from Sheridan College in 1991. He subsequently became a Certified Athletic Therapist in 1992. Stanley worked as the head Athletic Therapist at McMaster University as well as the Canadian national women’s fastpitch softball team for a period of 10 years. He had the honour of attending the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia as their core medical team practitioner.

In furthering his passion for learning, teaching and treating patients, Stanley became a Canadian Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder Instructor in 2000, a Certified Pedorthic Technician in 2002 and a Certified Pedorthist in 2003. He shared his knowledge and experience by providing instruction to various sports medicine practitioners at the university, college and continuing education levels. Stanley has been a member of the Canadian Athletic Therapist Association since 1990, a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner since 2000, a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada and the Pedorthic Association of Canada since 2002.

Stanley recharges his energy by engaging in outdoor pursuits and currently participates in white water kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, along with weight and cardio training. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle in the mountains during the warmer months of the year.
