Bio:

2024 graduate of MH Vicars 2200 hour RMT program, with a focus primarily on giving us the tools for assessment, treatment and homecare to elevate our ability to impact a client positively with consistent and lasting results.

As a very active individual myself between Muay thai, bouldering, hiking, yoga, running I am no stranger to not only the maintenance but the awareness it requires to keep our bodies in tip top shape. My goal is not only to provide treatment to my clients to help alleviate any symptoms they may be experiencing, but more importantly give them the knowledge to move forward that allows them to maintain their bodies moving forward. Being in high impact sports I understand what it’s like to be injured but still desire to continue with activity, and it is my commitment to give my clients everything I can in facilitating that continuation.

The tools I have start with assessment from posture/gait, Range of motion, palpation and specialized orthopedic tests. With that thorough assessment I can then carefully and practically plan a treatment specialized to your needs, from techniques during treatment to homecare after treatment such as stretches, exercises and use of hydrotherapy at home to help the client even outside of our treatment room.
