Q. Will I be charged monthly for my membership?

We do not pre-charge each month. You pay for each treatment at the treatment appointment. If you do not book a treatment for one month, the monthly treatment fee is processed and kept on file as a credit for a second monthly treatment in another month during your membership.

Q. Can you directly bill my insurance company for my treatments?

Yes, we can directly bill your insurance company for your treatments, making it convenient for you to enjoy your massages without the hassle of handling claims. However, certain insurance companies do not allow electronic billing. You can inquire with your insurance company regarding your plan’s procedure before your treatment.

Q. Do I have to be a member to have a massage at OWC?

No, you do not need to be a member to receive a massage at Optimum Wellness Centres. You can continue your massage treatments by paying a non-member price. However, our membership offers additional benefits and savings.

Q. Can I roll over unused sessions to the next month?

Yes, if you are unable to use your monthly massage session, it can be rolled over to the next month, ensuring you never lose a session. However, all sessions have to be completed in the prescribed timeframe.

Q. What is a complimentary Chiropractic Assessment?

As part of your membership, you receive a complimentary chiropractic assessment to help identify and address any additional health concerns, complementing your massage therapy.

Q. Can I share my membership with a family member?

Yes, your membership includes the option to share it with one family member (except the Pre-paid Membership), allowing them to enjoy the benefits as well. The additional family member should recite in the same house and have the same address proof.

Q. Do I need to book the same therapist for each treatment?

No, You have the flexibility to choose any available therapist for your treatments.
