I have around 4 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, musculoskeletal, neurological, post-surgical, post fracture and sports rehabilitation. I used to run two clinics in India alongside working in a multi-speciality hospital where I learnt a lot about appreciating the individuality of every client/ patient.
I am a firm believer that the treatment plan should always be focused on the patient’s goals, I use evidence-based support for structuring a tailored rehab programme designed as per the patient’s objectives. I understand patients’ pain and disability from their perspective first and then mine which gives me an insight into their strengths and weaknesses.
I robustly support exercise and strength over rest and feel that active participation of a patient is a must in their rehab. I practise manual techniques such as stretching, mobilisations, strengthening, kinesiology taping, cupping, and combinations of different movements to make my patients able to live their life painlessly to the fullest.
